A:<\/strong> Now that HST has been eliminated in BC, we are back to the old GST. \u00a0Used residential housing is not subject to GST, however, GST is payable on the purchase price of newly constructed or substantially renovated residential homes. \u00a0Tax on Real Estate is a very complicated topic and could be subject to various rebates. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
