Not to sound like a broken record, but… real estate sales for the Fraser Valley were at record highs again in February.  The bullish demand, driven by low interest rates, continued to outpace inventory levels.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Single family homes and townhouses were the focus in January, but they are now sharing the limelight as demand for condos has picked up dramatically.  When buying it is crucial to be working with knowledgeable professionals and do as much due diligence up front as possible.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
