{"id":63022,"date":"2022-01-20T21:50:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T21:50:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/schreders.ca\/?p=63022"},"modified":"2022-11-16T14:05:41","modified_gmt":"2022-11-16T19:05:41","slug":"were-hiring-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.schreders.ca\/blog\/were-hiring-4\/","title":{"rendered":"We&#8217;re Hiring!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#8f0509;font-size:30px\">Commercial Property Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Schreder Brothers Real Estate Group, a top producing team in the top producing office in Metro Vancouver, Royal LePage Wolstencroft, is seeking someone to join their dynamic and innovative team.&nbsp; The team excels in all areas of real estate including commercial sales, leasing, and property management, as well as residential sales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position:&nbsp; <\/strong>Commercial Property Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:&nbsp; <\/strong>Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed property manager, managing retail, office, and\/or light industrial properties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 8am \u2013 4pm (flexible) weekdays and attending to after-hours showings or emergencies as necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Royal LePage Wolstencroft office, 19664 64<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue, Langley<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation: <\/strong>Annual salary range of $65,000 to $95,000 (commensurate with experience) + extended health benefits (after probationary period)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking a well-rounded individual holding a current RECBC Rental Property Management licence with direct experience in the end to end processes of commercial property management.&nbsp; The Commercial Property Manager will directly manage a portfolio of 24+ buildings comprised of retail, office, and light industrial tenants.&nbsp; The position is best suited for a well-organized individual with great attention to detail. An enthusiastic and professional manner when it comes to customer service is an asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commercial Property Manager will work under the guidance of the organization\u2019s Managing Partners and in close collaboration with the Leasing Realtors.&nbsp; The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter requiring very little direction on day to day basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Management of <\/strong><strong>a commercial real estate portfolio with an aggregate value in excess of $350 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Day-to-day management of retail, office, and light industrial properties<\/li><li>Maintaining records of all Landlords, Tenants, and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> parties<\/li><li>Collecting and processing monthly rent<\/li><li>Organizing and paying monthly invoices<\/li><li>Preparing monthly statements of income for Landlords<\/li><li>Developing and operating within approved budgets<\/li><li>Conducting annual reconciliations of accounts<\/li><li>Tracking and following up on lease renewals, rent increases, expiring insurance, etc.<\/li><li>Handling routine inquiries from Tenants<\/li><li>Coordinating routine and special maintenance projects<\/li><li>Lead and supervise administrative support staff<\/li><li>Note: while not the focus of the portfolio, the Commercial Property Manager, will also be responsible for the management and leasing of a very limited number of residential tenancies<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will have 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience.&nbsp; You will have the ability to direct and develop operations and superior knowledge of financial obligations to clients. This is client focused role; therefore, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to manage a client focused portfolio. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical and computer software acumen.
