After a slow 2019, which saw many Buyers sitting on the sidelines, the local Real Estate market has caught fire in early 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A combination of pent up demand from Buyers now willing to come back to the table and very low inventory levels of good homes is resulting in properties selling quickly, at good prices, and in many cases multiple offers.  An excellent Seller\u2019s market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
