It is hot; aren’t we all supposed to be on vacation??  The summer months are typically quiet when it comes to real estate, but as we well know, 2020 has not been a typical year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board saw the second-highest number of both property sales and new listings ever recorded in July.  As Realtors continue to work hard to ensure that clients can view homes safely and confidently, the pent up spring demand caused by the pandemic continues to unfold.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buyers are taking advantage of almost all-time low interest rates and the supply of homes for sale still does not meet the demand in most segments of the market.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
