Updesh joined the Schreder Brothers Real Estate Group in 2018 and has since been involved in numerous commercial sale and lease transactions with the team. Prior to starting in real estate, he had over 12 years of business to business sales experience in the communications, marketing, and pro sports industries. Samira Nickel, rooted in BC with her family, began her real estate career in March 2024, after 19 years in Property Management. Licensed in Rental Property Management from UBC Sauder School of Business, her focus is customer satisfaction. With deep local knowledge and significant industry experience, Samira excels in meeting her clients’ needs with dedication and professionalism, ensuring a personalized service experience.

Lori joined the Schreder Brothers Real Estate Group in June 2021. She started in the real estate world while she was in high school and has over twenty years experience in office administration and customer service. Some time was taken off to raise a family and her love for real estate keeps bringing her back. Lori works on the back end to coordinate inquiries, set up showings, draft and send out paperwork to clients, and assist Cory & Updesh wherever the need may be. When not working Lori loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys baking, gardening, and camping.
